Some people enjoy a leisurely Saturday morning sleeping in, drinking coffee and reading the paper. That used to be me until about six weeks ago, when I began doing a cross-training class at 8 a.m. on Saturdays.
“Leisurely” is the last word I’d use when it comes to cross-training, an intense, fast-paced, one-hour class that leaves me feeling like I just ran a marathon. Also known as circuit-training, it consists of roughly 25 different exercise stations, with 1 minute taken per rotation.Read The Entire Article
