Divorced Girl Smiling Trusted Professional, Michael Cohen, who also earned his CPA, is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in people management and cross-functional projects that required him to often mediate and find the best path forward for people and teams, throughout his career. These skills are critical in a mediation setting. Coupled with Michael’s own experience in a litigated divorce, he is driven to help divorcing couples navigate their divorce in the healthiest way possible. Michael is the founder of Michael’s Mediation, which serves divorcing couples across the U.S. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a divorce mediation certification from Northwestern University. Karen Covy, a Divorced Girl Smiling Trusted Professional, is a Divorce Coach, Lawyer, Speaker and Author. She provides divorce and decision coaching to busy professionals and business owners who want to make clear, confident decisions during one of the toughest yet most sensitive times in their life. Karen also helps them navigate through the divorce process with less conflict, expense, and damage to themselves and their children.

Divorced Girl Smiling Trusted Professional, Katherine E. Miller is a Divorce Attorney, who is also a certified mediator and a trained collaborative divorce professional. In practice for over 30 years and personally divorced, Miller is the founder of the Miller Law Group, all women’s boutique law firm with seven divorce professionals. Miller is also the Director at the Center for Understanding in Conflict, the organization that teaches mediation, collaborative law and other conflict resolution skills, and she hosts the podcast and radio show, “Divorce Dialogues.” Additionally, Miller is the former president of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals. Divorced Girl Smiling trusted professional, Tracy Callahan is the co-founder of Divorce Coaches Academy®. Tracy is an impassioned educator and a committed advocate for the ongoing professional development and practice of divorce coaches, nationally and internationally. Tracy brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the profession of Divorce Coaching as a pioneer in the field. In addition to running and managing her own independent practice, Mediating-Matters, LLC, she has developed and managed mentor and peer coaching programs for years in Divorce Coach education and training. Tracy is a podcaster, presenter and contributing author to the best selling book, Divorce: Taking the High Road: Simple Strategies for Creating a Healthy Divorce.
Practicing as a Certified ADR Divorce Coach, NY Unified Court and FL Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, Tracy has built her practice and reputation as an alternative dispute resolution specialist and conflict expert over the past 14 years. She received her BS and MA from New York University in healthcare and worked as a healthcare administrator, operations specialist, and adjunct professor at NYU, for many years prior to joining the field of mediation and divorce coaching. Divorced Girl Smiling Trusted Professional, Anna Krolikowska is a Northbrook based Divorce Attorney who realizes the importance and the impact family law matters have not only on her clients, but also on their families. From divorce and child custody to any judgment modifications, Anna considers the unique circumstances of each case to develop a course of action designed specifically to address each client’s unique needs.

In addition to her practice, Anna is the immediate Past President of the Illinois State Bar Association which oversees the operations and management of ISBA, a state-wide voluntary association of more than 30,000 attorneys who strive to educate and serve the public, and improve the practice of law. She is a 2019 Honoree of the “40 Under Forty” award. The award honors 40 attorneys each year.
