Sue Bruckner
Relationship Coach for Sensitive Women, Founder of Rising Circle, a membership community for sensitive women
My entire life, I’ve heard these words from my family: “You’re so sensitive!” What’s so interesting is that I always took it to mean that I needed to work on myself to change and not be “so sensitive.” Then I met Sue Bruckner.
Sue started explaining to me that there are certain people who have a brain sensitivity, and can’t help being the way they are, and that it wasn’t a bad thing, it was just my make up. I couldn’t believe it! All these decades, I thought there was something wrong with me, when in reality, it’s just the way my brain processes things.
Sue, who went through a divorce and who is a relationship coach for sensitive women, and who is herself a sensitive woman, explained a few things about being highly sensitive. First, we have more depth of feeling. Also, we can become overwhelmed with feelings, we can experience emotional reactivity, and we have more empathy for people and situations.
Sue started a support membership group for highly sensitive women going through a divorce (or after) called “Rising Circle.” I am thrilled to support her in connecting and inspiring highly sensitive women all over the world. Welcome, Sue!
About Sue
You don’t have to navigate this alone
If you’re a sensitive woman going through divorce, you know this journey feels different for you. You experience emotions more deeply, feel the weight of decisions more intensely, and process this transition in ways that well-meaning friends and family don’t always understand.
You’re not broken. You’re not “too much.” You’re navigating one of life’s most profound emotional tipping points with a nervous system that feels everything.
This isn’t about “getting over it” or “bouncing back.” This is about honoring your sensitivity as wisdom and using this transition to create the most authentic, aligned life you’ve ever lived.
Why sensitive women need different support
You feel everything more deeply than others around you seem to. The emotional overwhelm can feel paralyzing, and traditional divorce advice often feels too harsh or disconnected from your reality.
You need expert guidance that honors your sensitivity, helps you regulate your nervous system, and provides practical tools for the moments when everything feels like too much.
You deserve witnessing from people who truly understand the emotional whiplash of rebuilding your life.
