I first met Lauri last year at a women’s networking event, and she was so memorable to me because of her positivity, enthusiasm, and a smile that lights up the room.

Lauri is so passionate about helping women before, during and after divorce shift their energy and heal, and she does that through customizing a program for you. Whether it’s coaching or yoga or Reiki or fitness, or a combination of those things, Lauri aims to help you figure out what you want and need, and then achieve those things.
